I'm working with a gunsmith to have a barrel reamed for 6.5 PRC.
The options given to me are the SAAMI spec .188" freebore or .120" freebore.
Right now, I plan to load 142gr Nosler ABLRs, 143gr ELDXs and 124gr Hammer Hunters.
I'm trying to evaluate pros/cons of each reamer and am looking for help.
Thanks in advance.

Depends on what action you're building on, and internal mag box dimension.

If planning on shooting factory ammo, will it fit in a .120" freebore?

Factory 143s are going to be jammed like 30 thousands with a 120

Of those two options I'd just do a 188

I had mine chambered with a .154 freebore reamer and it puts the 147 eld m about .010-.012 off @ 2.945" to fit in an accurate mag. Shot so well there that I never messed with seating depth.

Another vote for the .188 out of the those two.
