This is my 7 Saum reamer for ADG brass. IMO you need to make some changes for ADG brass.

Min SAAMI will have clickers. Necks are thicker on ADG so I went .321 and .552 on the base. Also opened up the FB diameter.

The SAAMI neck is .322 - .321 on the necks. Their base is .551 on SAAMI and their freebore is .0007 smaller. I have never had clickers with ADG brass in the 7SAUM and I'm into around box number 33 or so. I'll have to remember this. I also downloaded your reamer spec to save incase I do.

I have had them quite a few times. Are you running min SAAMI reamer on the body dimensions?

I run a 0.190 FB and a 0.200 FB mod saami chambers for body dimensions. Honestly I probably have 8,000 firings and never had a clicker in one. All Adg brass. Maybe I should go back to Las Vegas and go all in lol.
