Freebore diameter

Am I correct reading this print?
This freebore diameter is four ten-thousandths (.0004") larger than groove diameter?

Seems that the bullet will not have much of a chance to yaw or cant even with .378"freebore.:)

Looking at other cartridge prints, seems their freebore diameter is larger.
 
.0003 to .0004 is minimum some cartridges may have up to .001 total (.0005) this was common before bullets became more precise in diameter.

If loaded correctly, there should not be any yaw even with the .0005 diameter freebore. I have seen a few cartridges that had .001 to .0015 total but these are rare.

You are good to go with that dimension.
