I have a 30 Nosler reamer with .200" of freebore that I used specifically for the 215 hybrids. What are your thoughts if I built another 30 Nosler but wanted to use the 205 Elite Hunter bullets? They are .11" shorter shorter in length compared to the 215s

That would be .011- not .11...
Eleven thou isn't much of a difference and both bullets have the same hybrid ogive.
If you're jamming the bullet you might back off by that much on your OAL.

If I understand you correctly, the difference you are referring to is the base to ogive dimensions. The 215 has a .799" difference vs. the 205's .788" - .011" difference. As others noted, go for it. Good luck!

I am using the 205 with the freebore of .200 JGS.
Reamer. Did pressure testing to where I'm basically at 3137 fps I reached pressure at 3147. started at .030 for initial barrel break in. Then started depth testing starting at .015 all up to .073. At .026 groups cloverd also at .038. At .062/.063 I found repeat groups of .2. I'm using the 205 since I have more of these than the .215.
I have I have only 71 rounds down the barrel. On pigs out to 350 the .205 have been remarkable. Not a step on these brutes. I'm wanting to start on the .215 Berger's after I reach 80 plus rounds down the tube. I'm starting to measure the H 1000 powder twice. The RCBS using the straw method still over throws some so I'm using a small scale trying to keep the ES closer.
