6.5 berger 140gr question.

If it is convenient for someone would you please tell me the distance from the base to the bore diameter of a 140 berger. I'm working with a friend's rifle and all I have are sierra mk and gk bullets. At .010 off the lands the base of these are below the shoulder case wall juncture. Wondering if the rifle was throated for berger. Its a 6.5÷284. Thank you
