.308 win load ?

Most accurate rate load in the nosler book for IMR 4350 is 48 grs with the 165 gr bullet.48 grains in the case looks like there isnt going to be room for the bullet,is it safe to compress this powder to reach this load?BTW this is not the max load,max is 50 gr.Thanx

OK to compress but try using a long drop tube which will most times settle the powder down further.

Varget, RL-15, imr 4064, are good powders as well and work well..
