I just acquired a pristine remington cdl sf in 300 wsm and am looking for some load info. This is my first magnum of any sort, it will primarily an elk rifle but the occasional deer thrown in too Any and all input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance

My rifle likes these. Remember start low and work up gradually with your charge.

Mine really liked 180 accubonds and rl17. Winchester brass I was nearing 3100 FPS. Unfortunately I let my brother borrow that rifle and I have never got it back. He has killed at least one elk and mule deer every year with that load combination.

Hey Rick--what rifle are you getting those groups with? My bud is developing a load for my CA Traverse, 180 Accubonds with R-22, sorry, he didn't tell me how many grains. Thanks.

My Kimber Montana shoots sub MOA with the 180gn TTSX over 65.4gn of H4350 right at 3000fps with the Fed GM215 primers.
