I am getting ready to load my 300 wsm with 185 grn juggernauts powder is H4350 wondering if anybody els has yet and if so where was thier starting load at, and finishing load?

I'd start no higher than 62, saw good results around 64 with 185 classic hunters but didn't want to get much warmer than that.

mike 300 wsm,
We show for H4350 using our 185 JUGGERNAUT (and all BERGER 185 grain bullets) in an 300 WSM :
STARTING = 56.0 GR
MAXIMUM = 62.3 GR
APPROX VELOCITIES = 2605 to 2869 FPS
APPROX FILL RATIO = 98%
This load is based on a COAL of 2.860 in and a 26 in Barrel.

Has anyone gone any higher than the standards you have listed i have surpassed the figures you have listed above nut do wonder if maybe the projectile is more stable at lower velocities?

MIKE 300 WSM,
Our load data is very conservative so its not uncommon for the max to be exceeded. Especially if you are seating the bullet out towards the lands exposing more cartridge case capacity.
