300 win mag loads

I am looking for suggested loads for my new rifle. Looking to use 180-215 grain bullets.

I have found 2 decent 300 loads, 180 grain nbs with 71.5 grains of imr 4831 and 165 grain nbs with 73.5 grains of imr 4831 the 165 grain is 2850 fps not sure on the 180

I use 79 gr of Retumbo, 215 primers, Norma brass, Berger Hunting 210 VLD's. The are sub .5MOA and give 2900FPS out of my 24" Mil spec.

I load 76 grains of H1000 into Nosler brass and using a Federal 215M primer. They are seated 0.040" from the lands. I am getting 2865fps out of a 26" barrel.

This is exactly what I shoot in my Cooper using 208 grain Amax bullets. Pretty consistent 3/8 moa load. 76.8 grains is kind of a pet load for many people with this bullet but my gun likes 76.0 a little better.
