300 rum 215 berger hybrids

Hello everyone Im a new member from Arizona Im loading up some 215 Berger hybrids for my 300 rum with RL 25 any info would greatly appreciated Thank You so much

The first thing I would say is switch powders. RL-25 (and RL-22 and RL-19) are all temp sensitive. I think you would get just as good or better performance out of RL-33 (it uses a different technology and is only moderately temperature sensitive).

I'm running the 210 Bergers in my 300 RUM with 97.0 grains RL-33 and getting 3,000 fps to 3,066 fps depending on the temperature. Also the ES is low which is important at long range. Best 3-shot group with this combo so far was 0.500" at 200 yards.

Yes I have heard that RL-33 is the way to go but availability is like no chance. I don't have much choice its either the RL-25 or the H1000 which would you go with at least till I can get some RL-33 ?

RL-25 sucks for temp stability and H1000 is one of the best. I'm thinking the H1000 wins.
