I don't think the twist is your problem, if your groups are at 100y.
The only down side to using a 10 twist is not have optimum stability on longer bullets that one may want to use for BC benefits and stability through transonic.
Groups can be hard to diagnose from the other side of the internet.
It could be you.
A hardware problem, like loose scope mounts or action screws.
Since you're handloading your own ammo, it could be something in your process with that.
Something that people get wrong on the ELDs is the seating depth.
Could just be a bad shooting rifle, common with production rifles.
Could be a combination of things.
Who knows.
