264 win help

I am having a 264 win built and need advice. Can I use mags that are 3.850"?
The stock ( AG composite) is cut for it and the Action ( Kelbly Lite) will accept it. Just didn't know if I would have feeding issues. I would be using the 300wm 3.850 mags. Thanks in advance.

It will work just fine. That's the setup I use in my 264 Win Mag AI.

The standard 264 win mag throat is pretty short. You might want to have it throated deeper or get a custom reamer with a longer throat to take advantage of your additional mag length. I am getting one built right now and had a custom reamer made with a 6.5 prc throat size and length. "Should" be more accurate than the saami spec tapered throat. More importantly, it will allow me to seat the bullets out longer to maximize powder capacity. I have the room. Why not?

It will work just fine. That's the setup I use in my 264 Win Mag AI.
