25 Creedmoor barrel selection

I'm going to build a 25 Creedmoor on a Ruger American action using a 20" Xcaliber barrel. I have a couple of boxes of old stock Hornady 120gn hp and Berger 115gn

What barrel twist would be optimal?

1/7 6 groove
1/7.5 6 groove
1/8 6 groove
1/9 6 groove
1/10 5R groove

I would go with the 7.5 barrel, in case you want to shoot the heavies.

If you want to run heavies, 7.5 is all you'll realistically need unless you wanted to run the 128gr Hammers, which you need a 7 for.

I used a 7.5 for a 25-06 and didn't want for anything else.
