I have been thinking strongly of barreling my high number 03 action to a 25 - 30 Newton. I can buy 30 Newton brass on line so not an issue.
Does anyone know of a smith able to open the bolt face and has or can grind up the reamer(s) to put this project together? Thinking of using a 25" 1:9 twist barrel for the 130 gr. custom bullets I have on hand.
