243 win loads

I'm looking for some accurate loads for the 243 win using 85 gr bullets. My last try was using RL-22. It worked out great, but was really slow in my rifle. I been searching the site and found some info but was wondering if some members could post or pm there loads. I'm just being lazy, dont have much time anymore.

Just looking for a good accurate load with something over 3000 to 3100 fps..

42.8gr H-414 with 85gr TSX. fps is a tad over 3100fps

Imr 4064 is the go to powder for a 243 in a 60 to 90 grain bullet. Try it first.

4064 or 4350. Forget the rest with that weight bullet.

You didn't say what rifle you have, but having had 3 different 243's with the 85 gr. Sierra HPBT either of the 4350 powders which ever you rifle likes best. If one isn't shooting good try the other H4350 is a bit slower burn rate. Velocity was over 3100fps w/either. I use BR-2 primers but sometimes the Win LR work great and give @25-50fps faster.
If you go to the 95 Bal-tip try IMR-4831 or AA-3100 if you can get it.

Thanks for the pointers. I'm shooting a Stevens 200 243win 22" barrel with timney trigger. I'm working with Winchester brass, and neck sized. I'm thinking imr 4350 first since i have lb of it. Also using CCI -BR2 primers.Max with imr 4350 is somewhere around 45grs? So I'll start at 42 grs and work up.

40.4 gr IMR 4350 3,065 fps
