243 Ammo Recommendation for T3x

I was in same boat 3 yrs ago with the same rifle.
Both Nosler 100gr Partition and 90 gr Ballistic tip ammos shot well to 300 yards.
We got in a bind that yr, and both were sold out locally, so I bought this stuff. I get it may not be as stellar in your rifle, but I was impressed.

I made 3 trips to the range that day, 35 mile rd trip, but here is a group at 400 yards in a 15mph full value left wind with a 1-6 power Leupold.

I actually picked up a box of this at the LGS yesterday so hopefully I get similar results. This is impressive

Keep me posted, I recall the kids hunted that weekend, but we practiced the next week. They were smacking 5" steel at 3&400 yards off a tripod with the stuff.
The next yr they wanted more scope, the writing was on the wall, I rebarreled to a fast tw, and restocked it.

My Tikka T3 243 win does not shoot anything over 95gr good. I would guess it has something to do with the slow twist (1-10). If you reload, try the 95gr Berger classic hunter and Hybrid100V.. They shoot good (3/4" at 100 yards).

If you ever get around to Reloading the 87 grain, Hunting VLD,. "Hammers" ( Sub 1/2 MOA ) in, a 22" Tikka 1-10 twist, T-3, .243 Win with, N-160 at,. 3,115 FPS.
My grandson has, "Hammered" 2 Large Bodied, Heavy Horned, Desert Muley's with that,. Load / Bullet at, 225 and 268 yards !
His last Deer was, a 30+ inch, 4 x 5. One step and,.. "Folded up",.. DRT !
