what are your thoughts on this case and loads for hunting whitetail deer ?what are your faverate loads for it and can you describe your rifle that you use.

I think the wildcat 6-06 is a far easier option, no belt and brass is easy to form.
If your heart is set on the 240 Weatherby, go for it, but getting brass will be hard…other than that, it is an OK cartridge.
I would be using a Vanguard or Weatherby Mark V if it were me.
