.22 Creedmoor Load Data

With 75 gr 3300-3350 is about all you can expect from 20 inch barrel.
I am running 21 inch and get 3340 with 6.5 StaBall but have gotten close to that with N550 as well.
I have burned a 24 inch and have 26 inch barrels as well.
If your running LR primers your brass will tell you in about 4 loadings with Hornady brass of your running too hot.
The SR primer stuff will cover up excessive pressure for longer. If your barrel is 24 inches or shorter and you are running 75-80gr over 3500 you are in the 70,000PSI range....... and that's ok if you're ok with it.

1&7 twist 26" barrel running 85.5 Bergers 3300fps with rl23 both of my Guns will shot dime size or smaller groups at 200yds when I do my part. I have helped put 4 22 creeds together all 1&7twist 26" barrels all of them shot great

3320 average. 28 inch kreiger 8 twist rem 40x action. I didn't like the 75s ... I shot a bunch of does for bullet test and 1 aoudad and i have settled on 80.5 bergers for best results out to 700yrds

Last load with the 75 eldm's were .050 off lands these generally like some jump or closer to lands in y'all's experience?

If you have not, and temp sensitivity isn't too important, you might try some Superformance. It's a powder I can find locally and it works good for me in my .22-250.

+1 on the 1-7 twist Hawkhill 26" bbl. I'm running 45 grains H4831sc with the Berger 85.5 at 3500 FPS suppressed. Very happy with this load and barrel so far.
My go to rifle is a suppressed 21 inch 22x47 with Berger 80 vld's running 3325 fps with 40.5 hrs of H4350.
Both are yote hammers. Neither of these 2 are fur friendly at all. But will kill deer hammer dead.

I have had good luck with Berger and Sierra 80-95 grain bullets pushed with H&IMR 4350's all inside half inch. 70 grain bullets open up to 3/4 but I haven't adjusted powders or seating depths with them. I had some luck with Winchester Staball 6.5 but was at a grain under max in cool weather then dinging steel in the summer heat started blowing primers and sticking bolt. I quit using it.

From your posts it sounds like you haven't done a seating depth test. Since you have the 75s and 4350, I would pick your best charge so far and test from .010 off to .060 off to start with and see if things tighten up. You could also run a lower pressure charge and run the same test then work powder charge back up. Both methods will get you to the same place. I like to do at least 4 shots in each group and run it at 200 yards. That's close enough to minimize wind effects but far enough to show the best group more obviously.

Yeah I'm gonna stretch the oal out and go to 40 gr and work back up. Misprint on my lengths on ogive in last post it was 2.10. Was .50 off lands with that length.
