Anybody using imr 4895 for a .22 creed? 18in barrel hoping to shoot 69's to 77's.

That's pretty fast powder for a 22 Creed.
I don't shoot a 22 Creed so Just going from my knowledge of cartridges and powders.
H-1000 or H-4831 with 70gr bullets.
Even H-4350 works in a lot of the Creed and 308 size cases

Peterson Cartridge, and Shooter's Reference both have some good load data listed for the 22 Creedmoor using various powders and primers for a wide range of bullet weights.
