22/284 70 HH

i built a 6-284 win some years ago...and after some throat burnup after only 300 rounds, I've labeled it a barrel burner. A22- 284 would be hard to keep bullets from turning to dust.
I may have to try the full on copper route.
In fact when first loading some 107 gr SMK for my 6-284 some bullets turned to dust around 3350 fps. 30 inch lilja barrel. 1 1/4" all the way with a muzzle brake to spot my own shots
I only run hammers in mine so dont half to worry bout blowing up bullets aa far as barrel life i got 600 rds out of my first one. They r hunting rifles and have threads so dont worry about barrel life!

Can you give us some more specs on your barrel/chamber/load data? Brass prep? Powders? Thanks
