How about Choate SCP SNIPER REM 700 SA BDL/ADL 6.5 Creedmoor with Steiner 3-15 x 56 GS3 scope. Barrell twist rate, length for around 120 to 130 grain pills ?

I have never used Choate stocks so I am not going to comment on that. But as far as twist rate I would go with 1 in 8 and 26" on the length. With the 8" twist you will be able to better stabilize the 140+ grain bullets.
