22-250 55gr vmax and varget loads?

Wondering if someone wants to share some hard earned loads to someone who doesn't have the time? I'm switching from the 52gr amax to 55gr vmax, i've had too many tore up dogs with the 52 grs do not know if it is because of the jacket on the amaxes. But, I am looking for a load using the 55gr vmax 22-250 out of a remington 26" bbl...average velocites would be awesome too as I have no chronograph.

36.0 of Varget...55gr Vmax....right at 3600 fps.
