22-243 middlested help need

anyone out there off load data an info on this round. I just picked up a rifle with a 1-8" twist.

Re22 and a 75gr A-Max or 80 SMK is a good starting place. The A-Max smokes groundhogs! Loads for the 22-243 (plain) will work fine.
