sons got a 700p .308,wanting to shoot lr.if he puts a 20 moa base on it and zero at 200 what will it be doing at say 75 yards. thanks

Muzzle velocity and bullet weight are going to be the most critical factors in answering your question but, just based on experience, if you're pushing a 178 grain bullet at about 2650 fps you should b about 1 1/2 inches low at 75 yards.
