0 vs 20 MOA Scope Rail

As long as your scope has the elevation adjustment for it.

I need to go to a zero MOA rail on my 257 Weatherby because of not enough adjustment in the scope.
This AFTER putting a 20 MOA rail on.

Just curious, what scope/rail/Model Weatherby

Crimson Trace Hardline 4-16x42. With the MOA reticle.
Still needs to come down 5 MOA.

That would be the one!

Reticle is interesting in that the elevation subtension is set at 2.5MOA. But the windage has finer subtentions.

Zero MOA rail installed last night.
To the range today to zero in & run a ladder test.
Ramshot LRT and 115gr Ballistic Tips.

Well, got her zeroed in.

200 yard zero. (Ok, 200 meters. My range doesn't have a 200 yard berm.)

Got 3 rounds off for a ladder test when the sky opened up!
Absolutely poured!
Soaked my target through so I couldn't mark it.
