156 Grain Seconds

Anyone had experience with Berger "seconds"? The bullets in question are listed as 156 grain 6.5 cal, so I assume they are Berger EOL's. What would typically make them "seconds"?

if you are talking about the ones at midway they are a full metal jacket bullet so they are not berger eol

Thank you JMW67, I was thinking the same thing initially, but I am ever the optimist hoping they are Berger's and am never very confident in Midway's description. I couldn't find another manufacturer of 6.5mm 156's. You are probably correct and my optimism is misplaced. Thanks again for the reply.
