Federal Match primers?

Jeez! There are more responses in the past 2 days than there were BACK IN 2012 WHEN THE POST WAS FIRST CREATED!

I'm sticking with the Federals though, with BR2 and CCI250 for backup. But they never seem to be needed.

Is this a logistics issue that holds back the supply chain or tariffs ? I'd like to get a better idea of situation. I lost tract of a couple pals over there that would shoot a lot or I'd ask them.

With the world economy nothing is cheap anymore. The fact is if you want something and it is available when you can find it, buy it or it's going to be more expensive by the next time you find it available again. Everyone keeps complaining about the cost of everything rising and it is. It's not going to stop either with the exceptional sales which won't be like the prices you want to see from earlier days gone by. You can either pay the going price or go without and I don't mean to sound course but those are the facts. Nothing is getting cheaper.

Yup for many rifles CCI primers work well depending on the load. They haven't produced the tightest groups for me. But then again neither did Remington 9 1/2's until the covid shortage forced me to use them. I'm sure if I were forced to use components like Varget or CCI primers I'd find a load that shot accurately.
