What gun did you want that was never made ?

A Savage Model 24A in 22-250 Rem. over a 12 ga. 3" Mag. for coyote hunting, so I only have to carry one long gun.

A good, affordable bolt action. 17 WSM, that's not a B-Mag. Something like a Savage Model 25.

A Marlin 1894CST Lever Action, .357 Remington Maximum, stainless threaded, that would also shoot 357 Mag and 38 Special.

I wanted one of these for my wedding day.....

Hands down it would be the Weatherby Varmintmaster in .308 Win with a standard and semi-heavy barrel in 24" and 26", I even called Weatherby about it many years back, I have two of them one in .224 Wby Mag and the other in 22.250 Rem
I suggested that they re-barrel the .22-250 Rem Weatherby Varmintmaster to a .308 Win and we'd be in business...😍 They expressed no interest in the project, they said there was no market for it which, I thought at the time that was crazy, an accurate lightweight .308 Win hunting rifle... come on. I still think they missed the boat on that one. Just my 0.2 Cheers
I always wanted that rifle in 250 Ackley Improved, the Farming master was one the slickest little rifles to ever leave a factory floor, way back when, gun writer Lyne Simpson had a 708 improved built on one he called the 7MM SGLC, Simpson's good little cartridge.

I always wanted a Sharps repo or Ruger #1 in .357 Maximum, and would love to have either an 1892 or Marlin 1894 in same.

A Ruger Red Label in rifle/shotgun combo that is much better quality, design and trigger than the Savages. A 223 over 20ga, 308 over 12ga or other similar drillings.

I'm still waiting on the "Phased Plasma Rifle in 40 watt range" or one of the shoulder fired rail guns at mach 10 or higher.

edit: I see Highbrow beat me to it.

I dont think they make them but... a ruger 10/22 in 22mag.

I've always wanted a ruger red label full stainless/synthetic o/u shotgun in 20 or 28ga.

I'd like to see something directly comparable to a 220swift brought back to market. Something 22cal and 4200fps with a 55-65gr bullet

I'd like to see all magnum bolt face cartridges come in rifles with 26" barrels. As in the new industry standard is 26" from savage axis level on up.

A 25 Grendel would be cool
They did make 1022 in 22 win mag but something was wrong with them .They would give you another gun of your choice if you dent them back.I almost bought one .

I've been asking Ruger for a semi-auto. 22 Magnum, hi-cap (at least 30 rounds) that has, unlike the S&W, decent ergonomics and, unlike the Kel-tec, all the buttons in the right places (I absolutely abhor heel release magazines! They give me the willies and immediately send me back to 1938... and dang it, I'm old but not *that* old! My only complaint against the Ruger Mk series!). I've contacted Ruger about this pistol 3 times now (once when the Kel-tec first came out, again when they released the 5.7 x28, and the last time when the Smith came out! At this point I'm not holding my breath but at 72 I can still hope! Anyone who has picked up a Smith .22 Mag knows it's much like holding a rough cut 2 x 2 in your hand. Absolutely horrid, I think! For that fact, they could make it just like the 5.7 x 28 and I would be happy as a clam! But nothing yet. I hope I don't die of old age before they get off their butt and build it. For that fact, they could make it out of stainless and I'd be even happier! Alas... Ruger, are you listening? Come on, make an old man happy!!
Cheers,
