Requires a 1:9 or faster twist rate. I think 182 HHT would be a nice bullet to work with. Not the best BC as estimated however.

If interested - There's a guy who has a bunch of Nosler 200 gr Accubonds for sale in the classifieds right now. Excellent bullet and very hard to come by.

I just read that as well. When I read the thru thru reports the first thing that comes to my mind is how much internal damage is that bullet really doing.

I'll be honest I am not the biggest fan of the Accubond on anything other than ungulates based on my experience with its terminal performance.

BC is not a big factor in hunting large bears normally, usually shooting them closer than other game

That's true enough but I'll also be using the same bullet to take a Caribou which could be at a long distance.

As long as you have accurate drop chart and are clicking up you will be fine, sir, my opinion. Keep in mind also, from what I have read, most big bears take a few shots to kill, one shot kills appear to be out of the norm. But I have never shot one, so this advice and a dollar will get you a free cup of coffee!

Good advice! Having hunted several DG, you keep shooting until they are down and no longer moving, then a final shot to the neck to make certain they never move again.
Not bad advice for tough animals such as elk either. JMO&E

If they bite back and they group in my rifle, it's Swift A-Frame for me. 100% of the time.

I never shot the TA but liked what I read and see about them. Personally, if you can find them and you already know they shoot well, Id just stay with them

Around 3200 mv, using Retumbo.

Load right out of the book.

We have switched to HH and or Cutting Edge. They are the best of all worlds in one bullet.

Based on the things that I've read; I know that my 6.5 Creed would be adequate but I have to justify the purchase of my 375.

If you want anything left you need a new rifle. The 6.5 creedmore way overkill. Unless you are shooting over a mile.
