Really man?! Somome shoots your target and your 100% ok with that??

RReeaallllyllalQUOTE="Vinootz, post: 1655442, member: 110410"]I've had all of that and worse done to my targets by other shooters at the range. It never bothered me. As a matter of fact I've always found it humorous. Fellow shooters making an honest mistake happens from time to time. You say "grinds my fricken gears" ?. You remind me of the clowns on the golf course that shoot 100 but don't want any one creating a shadow when they are putting. Get a grip bud it may be you who are actually the dangerous guy at the range.
I mind my own business, never look at what other shooters do and always ignore mishaps or people's unwarranted rudeness and stupidity with a smile.[/QUOTE]

I appreciate that.. I think lol. Naw man and I am nothing like that man. I started this thread more as a rant/comedy type deal for people to share there pet peeves at the range. And it simply got construed. When I do load work is the only time I don't care to socialize. Any other time on the steel range or the 1K or bow range or even pistol range its all fun but load work is my time to pay attention and take my time. I help people all the time I meet at the range, I have brought people to my house to mount scopes, show them how to really clean a rifle, even let them borrow my stuff to reload some test loads for themselves. But when I get attacked like many others I get on the defensive and say things I don't really mean. Sorry fellows. I love guns, reloading and most of all I love this site and the relaying of information back and fourth. Again I apologize if I come off as an A hole as I totally am not.

You ain't gotta apologize bubba. Some folks forget that this is the internet.

Yup!

Load development time is just for that, not socializing, not teaching, not for being annoyed. Any other time it's kewl. I'll teach, chat, visit, help, watch, coach. But not during load dev time. Stay away or risk injured feelings.
How would new people know you are developing loads? Actually I'm asking so that I don't make that mistake of disturbing someone in the process of developing loads.

I was attempting a little sarcasm and failed miserably. I am actually on your side. I like being left alone. I dont bother anyone or even talk to anyone while I am at the range. Luckily I can shoot up to 1500 yards at my house. I meet some friends at the range for the only time I go to one.ot is entertaining at times though.

I love hanging out with peeps at the range man and banging steel and talking **** but before than fun part is my load work which enables me to get that much needed data for those steel banging loads. I take load work up serious maybe a little to serious perhaps, but it's my thing u know.

Remmys a good dude. We are complete strangers only thing we have in common is being members on this forum.

He texts me regularly about new gear he has used and provides his unbiased opinion of it.

He also shares load data and how to set up a reloading bench. He got me started in reloading. He's definitely a contributor to this site.

He's gone out of his way to help me several times. This thread doesn't need to be scrutinized so harshly. Look at it as comedy.
