Each new piece comes out like this around the shoulder!

Well there isn't any brass brush gonna clean that up....i say CA owes you big time....thats way my serious than what i had....

I think after 2 issues with C.A I would be looking elsewhere. Obviously nobody is looking at there chamber work there. I hate to slam somebody but there QC is lacking. Everybody makes mistakes but this is twice in a row for you.

Ok. So Ive dug a little more here. If I take an empty piece of brass with no bullet or primer in it, it goes in and out relatively easy. Still leaves a little bit of marking but ever so slight around the shoulder. Now if I take that same piece of brass and put a primer in it (and make sure the primer is seated a few thousandth "deeper" than flush, the bolt is hard to close, feels gritty, the shoulder gets marred up and the primer has this mark on it....?? I have to seat that primer 10 thousandth below for the bolt to close easily. Is this an issue I'm having due to how I'm reloading or my own fault?

I would say the primer ISN'T the issue....it is a result...
Can you see the shoulder inside the chamber...maybe a picture of the area from body to shoulder to neck...
And even if it loads with the primer..is it still showing marks in the front of case....
My knight Ultralite had problems at the point of contact of the breech plug and the barrel....burrs kept it from closing all tbe way....with some fine adjustment I got that worked out....

Regardless of the primer you have a rough chamber, after its fired and the brass is stretched its gonna probably be worse

Stupid question, and I may have read over it but have you cleaned the chamber out really well? And nothing at all on the bolt face right?

This is the best I could do. I guess I haven't really taken too many pictures over the years of the inside of the chamber, so I'm not sure if they all look like this. But it looks like a beaver Went to work. But maybe this is normal?

That looks like $2000 worth of CrAp.....
CA has a long ways to go to make this up to a customer....and a replacement rifle along with cash vouchers could maybe turn your devotion around...
But that is garbage.....

I would be getting my money back and moving on, like I said obviously C.A has nobody or anybody that knows what there looking at or cares.

Well...up til this thread and that picture I was thinking of selling a few and buying a CA................
Bummer..............
Just goes to prove not a company is flawless....but sending out a replacement that looks like that.....the employees must be of the
OBLABLA deep state conspiracy to make all the guns garbage...
