I hope it does not end up like all the other idiotic as in literally stupid things different wildlife agencies do. Introducing Lake Trout into lakes they never existed in. Thinking an non native species planted by bucket biologists (Bass, Sunfish, Pike, etc) is now a game fish they can set seasons on it. My favorite overall is when the book learned with no real world experience Biologists say things like "no worry they wont be able to reproduce, wont become established, wont interfere with native species" Then never admit they were wrong and screwed up.
