Is the rcbs chargemaster lite accurate enough to produce ammo capable of .5 - 1.0 MOA loads assuming the rifle and shooter can do it? I hunt out to 500 yards so I don't need 1/4 MOA loads but I do like to get below 1MOA if not as close to .5moa as possible. I'm getting tired of measuring charges on my scales by hand so I'm looking for a trickling type scale which won't break the bank. If the chargemaster lite won't do it, I'll just keep throwing charges by hand.

Yes it is.

There's some tricks that are said to help such as a line conditioner to clean up the power in, no fluorescent lights in the area, leaving it powered on and resting on an anti-static mat. I cant say if any of these actually help, just some of the tricks I've read about through the years.

One other one which I practice is to set the charge .2 of a grain low and trickle up to the final charge. I use an omega battery powered trickle for this.

If you type in rcbs reducer insert on google it brings up couple different ones for different company's and people. It trickles only one or two kernels at a time

My lite throws good comparing on my 1010....
Mine is the newer funnel that has spiral flutes inside...
Trickles out very well....i watech as I am loading to see how many kernels fall out to make the last weight adjustments....very seldom do i see extras...

If you find a node where you load is less sensitive to powder charge variation, that will help too. Need a decent chrono over a more expensive powder trickler gizmo.
