Has anyone here had dealings with them, sent a few emails but alas no response. I like there Enfield M17 target stock they have for my project.

Check over on accuratereloading.com There are several over there who've used Walnut Grove. They're a pre-inlet that'll need additional inletting and shaping, not "drop-in". I don't know if there are export restrictions on pre-inletted stocks , or not. They're probably an ITAR item.
