SOLD/EXPIRED WTS- Savage LA with SA cut out

Looking to see if there is any interest in this action.

It is a top release, 3 screw trigger long action with short action relief, small shank.

It also has EGW picatinny 20 moa base, which is still mounted as one of the screws is not coming out. I have not messed with it yet.

I have it sand blasted and ready to paint with cerakote.

Bolt face is standard.

I could make this action work for several of my projects but I pretty much got hosed on the deal and currently have lost interest in it. In a way the LA with SA chambering relief is great for VLD bullets seated to the lands. The action relief can also be ground out for a true a LA if a person wants to mess with it.

I have a LH version of these. It is my long range action of choice. Single shot mag follower. It was a 338 Edge, but has also been a 223 and a 308. Soon to be a 7mmWSM, maybe a 28 Nosler.

These are great actions to build from if you don't mind the short action length or single shot.

Good price too.
