Don't think you could do any better than the Savage Lightweight Hunter. They come in at 5.5 lbs. without scope in 6.5 Creedmoor.

I have one of these little rifles in 6.5 creedmoor. Great little rifle. Very consistant....accurate. With scope it's about 6.5lbs.
