Winchester mod. 70 stainless in 300WM
24" stainless barrel / 1/10 twist (factory)
Currently has a Leupold VX-5 HD3-15 x 44 (CDS-ZL2) mounted on top, with Leupold Backcountry one piece rings. The scope was purchased new January 4th 2021 and mounted. I will sell as a package or I can pull the scope off and keep it, if you prefer.
Included in the purchase price of the rifle will be a set of RCBS - FL/Seating dies, 76 pieces of once fired (de-primed/cleaned) brass and the Leupold Backcountry One piece 30mm rings.
I also have the original boxes for both the rifle and the optics, If that is important you.
This was my primary hunting rifle for the past number of years and has been fantastic, but I have upgraded recently and it got pushed to the back of the safe, maybe someone else can enjoy it now. In my opinion, it is in excellent condition and has been well cared for. I have never kept a count on the rounds, but my best guess is 200 - 300 rounds thru it. Zeroing, Load work up, distance testing and then the hunts themselves (never more than 1 round fired on the hunt tho!…
).
The gun shoots well and I have always been comfortable saying it is a 3/4 min rifle, but on that note, I never played around with a bunch of different bullets and powders to try and squeeze that down. I was happy with the 3/4", because I wanted to use the Nosler Partion on game and thats what it did.
Here is the Load Recipe that has been the go to since day one:

CCI LRM #250 Primers
COAL at 3.330
