Took This Rifle In On Trade. I Haven't Shot It.Just Not a Fan Of The Wing Safety. Winchester Model 70 S.S. In 300 W.S.M. Was Told Round Count Was Under 100. And It Shot Good. He's A Meat Hunter And Does Not Target Shoot.. Rifle Has a H-S Percsion Stock. And Leupold Silver D.D. Mounts.. Looking To Trade On a Remington Platform. 700 -Model 7's -Forbes -C.A. Or Fieldcraft. Only Looking For Lightweight Rigs. Prefer SA. With 22' Barrels .I'd Be Glad To P.M. Pics Of Anything You Need.. Also Might Entertain A Browning X-Bolt. Thanks.

Do you have a picture of the opposite side? I've know a few people that had to grind small parts off to get the bolt stop spring to fit correctly. Thanks in advance if you do.

No Grinding. This One Dropped Right In.. Did Have To Drill A Slot Out On The Bottom Of The Bedding Block For the Timney Trigger..

I Bought Him A New Kimber Adirondack in 7-08 with New Swarovski Z-3.. He Never Carried It Into The Woods.. He Might Shoot This One 20 Times If That And He'll Be Tired Of It..

Glad your son likes and uses it , great gun! The older I get the lighter my guns are getting. I think if I could find a gen 1 700 ti in a 30-06 I may retire most of my gun safe and use that! Good luck to you and your son this hunting season!!!

Back Up For Sale.. I Scoped It,And son Shot It 9 Times.. Recoil Is On Par With a 243. So I Made a Call To H-S. This Stock Has The Recoil Reducer In It... Seems To Work Pretty Good..But Does Add To The Weight.. Rifle And a Swarovski 3-10-42 Came In at 9.002 Lb.
