who made these rings?

have two pair of take offs from years ago, rem 700 and can't figure out who made them. good rings, look like Hawkins long range hunter style but I've never seen Hawkins without a yellow tint on the level

Totally a guess. But could they be Talley??

Dug my sets with Anti-cant indicator out of the safe. Sure enough, not Talley.

I've mounted more Talley rings than most people will see in their lifetime and I've never seen a set like that I emailed Hawkins early last year about it and never get t a response

I saw another company that makes a similar product and can't find it now, was 3 letters

these are much beefier and have bigger ring cap screws than Talley one piece and it doesn't look like their bubble cap at all to me

I've mounted dozens of Hawkins as well and if that level was yellow I'd swear they were Hawkins, just looks like their stuff as far as angles.

Definitely not Talley. They do appear to be "MOA" rings of some value as they specify a forward direction for mounting.
