Which rings with my base?

Gun: M70 7STW

Scope: Vortex PST 4x16x50 MOA

Base: Nightforce 20 MOA base

Rings: Vortex precision matched set.

My question is in regards to what height rings should I get? I have not purchased any of the items yet but I do not want to get anything too high. I would like to keep the scope as close to the gun as possible.

if you want to still use the lens covers you

might need mediums or you can grind bottom

of the cover .

I agree with Darren. .87 will do the job. Vortex precision rings are made by Seekins Precision. Scope Rings - 30mm Tube.
