Which rings and bases

Have a savage predator hunter in 6.5x284 and want to mount a vortex viper hs lr 6-24x50 on it. Wanted to use some talley one piece bases and rings, question is how far out can I get if I use the talley's without canting the scope? Scope has max elevation of 65mao. Don't have velocity right this second.

A good one piece canted base and Burris Sig Zee rings! Works for my long range lead slingers!!
