Where do you get spray paint that sprays the web texture? I am refinishing a gun stock.

Krylon has a textured finish, to get the web look, you might try dipping a paint stick in paint and then wave the dripping paint stick over the stock. this might give you the look you want.

What he said. Just spray your krylon into the spray paint can lid (or other bowl) until it pools up a bit and then dip a pencil or similar object in it and then flick it or drizzle it over the stock

Krylon makes a webbing spray paint. It comes in black, silver, gold, and white. I've done 3 or 4 and they've turned out really well. You need to find a flat clear to put on after you get finished with the webbing.
