Hi,
I had a rem 260 rifle built, sadly I dont remember what twist it is.

From the pics of the end cap of the barrel, I hope of these numbers means it is 1-8 twist?

A pic from a 200 yard group.... I had a flyer and some wind this day, it was shooting 120 Nosler BT.

I want to try 130 and 140 Berger bullets.

Any way... thanks Kevin

There you go.

I read it as an 8 twist as well.

Step up to the 140s and enjoy.

Good shooting BTW.

It's easy enough to measure with a cleaning rod, and a tape measure. Put a mark on the cleaning rod (I use tape) and push a moderartely tight oiled patch though the bore allowing the rod to rotate with the rifling. Measure the distance to make one turn. I agree the barrel is probably 8" twist from the marking, but with the simple test you know for sure.
