HELP PLEASE? What barrel is this?

I've posted this before, but did not get a response. Can anybody identify this barrel? Replaced my MOD 70 308win to a 7-08AI and this was supposed to be a Bartlein barrel, I have my doubts. Any ideas?View attachment 377903

Where is that located on the barrel? Did you buy it from the smith?

Yes, the Smith supplied the barrel. It's on the bottom of the chamber area just infront of the magazine
