What the heck, did someone get hurt??? Swept up some brass at the indoor range for reloading and found this in the pile. I wonder what happened; did the gun survive; did the shooter survive??? Any guesses??

That picture has to be the WORST Catastrophic malfunction of a rifle I have ever seen.
I saw a few ARs blow up, but this is WOW.

Lesson for everybody. Don't place different ammo on the bench. It took me a minute to figure out what happen. Short action case in a long action bolt. I always take off what has been use and start with a clean table for a different rifle. It's to bad,
