Pepper, salt and garlic powder. Also, add melted butter as it cooks…which doesn't take long at 425-450 degrees.Looks amazing!
Do you use special seasonings or just lots of pepper and salt?
Yep and just as good. However, I find the elk meat a bit more chewy than deer.Have you tried that with elk steaks?
