Western Tool & Copper?

I picked up several boxes of bullets at a sale, mostly older vintages. There are two boxes of 25cal, 100 gr HP made by Western Tool and Copper Works. Small, plain cardboard box with a label, bullets neatly stacked. Didn't find much about that company online so I'm wondering if anybody here has more information on the history of the manufacturer and their products.
