I've never know soft points as an accuracy bullet.

Seems copper fouling was the problem. I could not find many options available OTC here. Used some Break Free ( the copper solvent, not the CLR).
First three shots from cold bore were about .58" at 100 yds. ( no caliper, but that should be pretty close). Tried to attach photo. That was with the 180 gr. Weatherby factory Spitzers.
Same copper cleaner also got my old .270 Win shooting close to, but not quite 1.00" @ 100, with factory 150 gr Remington core-lokts
