1/2 Cup OJ
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
2-3 TBS Season Salt (Lowery or Morton)
1-2 tsp Cumin
2 Cloves Garlic
Juice of 1/2 - 1 Lime
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
2-3 TBS Fresh Cilantro
Mix and marinate 1-2 lbs Venison Steak
1 Onion Sliced 1/4 - 3/8 thick
2-3 Bell Peppers Quartered
Grill Venison, Onion, and Bell Pepper Slice after grilling and serve with *Flour Tortilla, Salsa, Guacamole, etc..
**Option - Dice and make Quesadillas
Spices vary depending on taste....go for as much as you want.
