Great. I’m happy, for you . How do I get the same happiness?
Instead of 3-2-1 I do 2-2-20 minutes. After I remove mine from the foil I only put them on long enough to glaze the sauce with good results. When you are removing them from the foil if you can't see the ends of the bones from the meat side they may be tough.We are going to try ribs again this afternoon. Hopefully I don't dry them out. I spray them lightly with apple juice while cooking them.
